Role Overview
The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance, security, and evolution of our critical systems. In this role, you will assess, implement, and optimize technical infrastructure to meet the demands of highly specialized operations. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess technical infrastructure requirements to meet operational goals.
- Implement system enhancements and new technologies to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in high-pressure environments.

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
- Experience with secure systems and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- British citizenship and UK residency for at least the past 15 years.
